GUSBP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUSBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUSBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P14, RNU6-1292P, and RNU6-1126P. Each is linked with GUSBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUSBP4-to-partner and partner-to-GUSBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P14 grouped by GUSBP4-low versus GUSBP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUSBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUSBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
