GUSBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUSBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUSBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13F1, RNU6-228P, and RNU6-822P. Each is linked with GUSBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUSBP3-to-partner and partner-to-GUSBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13F1 grouped by GUSBP3-low versus GUSBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUSBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUSBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
