GULP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GULP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GULP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP26, ANKRD20A6P, and MIR5705. Each is linked with GULP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GULP1-to-partner and partner-to-GULP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP26 grouped by GULP1-low versus GULP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GULP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GULP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
