GUCY2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GUCY2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,083 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCY2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with GUCY2D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY2D-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA splicing grouped by GUCY2D-low versus GUCY2D-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
