Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCY1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,899 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUCY1B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1A1, ARHGEF17, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with GUCY1B1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY1B1-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY1B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GUCY1B1 versus GUCY1A1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
