Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GUCY1B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUCY1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA1, PRAMEF25, and PLSCR5. Each is linked with GUCY1B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY1B1-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY1B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA1 grouped by GUCY1B1-low versus GUCY1B1-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
