GUCA2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCA2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 853 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, NCAPH, and HROB. Each is linked with GUCA2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCA2A-to-partner and partner-to-GUCA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
