Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCA1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 632 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUCA1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, RAE1, and TM9SF4. Each is linked with GUCA1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCA1C-to-partner and partner-to-GUCA1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GUCA1C versus MYBL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCA1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCA1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
