GUCA1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCA1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCA1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, EDRF1, and PRR13P3. Each is linked with GUCA1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCA1C-to-partner and partner-to-GUCA1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by GUCA1C-low versus GUCA1C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCA1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCA1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
