Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCA1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUCA1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR_pY1068, and GATA6. Each is linked with GUCA1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCA1C-to-partner and partner-to-GUCA1C results are reported.
