Across TCGA cell cohorts, GUCA1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,916 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUCA1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sperm-egg recognition, Otolith mineralization, and Regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with GUCA1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCA1B-to-partner and partner-to-GUCA1B results are reported.
