GTSE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTSE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,481 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTSE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, RPL12_S38, and RRM2. Each is linked with GTSE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTSE1-to-partner and partner-to-GTSE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTSE1 versus RFC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTSE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTSE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
