Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTSE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTSE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, CDCA8, and BRIP1. Each is linked with GTSE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTSE1-to-partner and partner-to-GTSE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTSE1 versus NCAPH in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTSE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTSE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
