GTPBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTPBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 169 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTPBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF1, DUSP21, and PADI6. Each is linked with GTPBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF1 grouped by GTPBP2-low versus GTPBP2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTPBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTPBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
