GTPBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTPBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,004 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTPBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD54, TNRC6B, and PPP6R2. Each is linked with GTPBP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTPBP1 versus ANKRD54 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
