Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTPBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,788 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DESI1, DDX17, and ZC3H7B. Each is linked with GTPBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTPBP1 versus DESI1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
