Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTPBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3908, RNU6-1124P, and PRG3. Each is linked with GTPBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3908 grouped by GTPBP1-low versus GTPBP1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
