Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTPBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,608 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTPBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with GTPBP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP1 results are reported.
