GTF3C6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3C6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,657 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3C6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCT3, CCT4, and TRIP4. Each is linked with GTF3C6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C6-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF3C6 versus CCT3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
