Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3C6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF3C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLMH, MSH6, and PDCD2L. Each is linked with GTF3C6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C6-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF3C6 versus BLMH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
