The most reproducible GTF3C6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spermidine biosynthetic process, Spermine biosynthetic process, and Glutaminyl-tRNAGln biosynthesis via transamidation. Each is linked with GTF3C6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C6-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C6 results are reported.
