GTF3AP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3AP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,685 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3AP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MID1_S96, MRC1, and APOC1. Each is linked with GTF3AP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3AP5-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3AP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3AP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3AP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
