Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GTF3AP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GTF3AP5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GTF3AP5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GTF3AP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUSC show a favorable association.
COAD, PAAD, and ACC are the cancer types where GTF3AP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
