GTF2IRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2IRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2IRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, PDCD4, and TIGAR. Each is linked with GTF2IRD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2IRD1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2IRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by GTF2IRD1-low versus GTF2IRD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2IRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2IRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
