Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2IRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 537 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2IRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRG1, METTL4, and IL27RA. Each is linked with GTF2IRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2IRD1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2IRD1 results are reported.
