GTF2IP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2IP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,489 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2IP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP1, CASTOR2, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with GTF2IP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2IP4-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2IP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2IP4 versus CASP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2IP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2IP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
