GTF2H3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2H3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2H3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P10, NF1P7, and RNU6-718P. Each is linked with GTF2H3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2H3-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2H3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P10 grouped by GTF2H3-low versus GTF2H3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
