GTF2H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,145 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2H2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and rRNA 5'-end processing. Each is linked with GTF2H2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2H2-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of rRNA processing grouped by GTF2H2-low versus GTF2H2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
