Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GTF2H2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GTF2H2 data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher GTF2H2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GTF2H2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and DLBC show a favorable association.

KICH, MESO, and OV are the cancer types where GTF2H2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
