GTF2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,922 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKN2, AFAP1L2, and SND1. Each is linked with GTF2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2B-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2B versus PKN2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
