Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,795 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPF1, HASPIN, and COL1A1. Each is linked with GTF2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2B-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2B versus RPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
