GTF2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2B mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, Adipocytes, and mv Endothelial cells. Each is linked with GTF2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2B-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ naive T-cells grouped by GTF2B-low versus GTF2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
