Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,161 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Regulation of lymphotoxin A production, and Positive regulation of lymphotoxin A production. Each is linked with GTF2B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2B-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2B results are reported.
