Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,461 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with GSTT4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTT4-to-partner and partner-to-GSTT4 results are reported.
