GSTT4

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GSTT4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GSTT4 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher GSTT4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GSTT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and HNSC show a favorable association.

SKCM, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where GSTT4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
