Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSTT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP192, CEP152, and PYCR3. Each is linked with GSTT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTT4-to-partner and partner-to-GSTT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTT4 versus CEP192 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
