GSTT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROG3, RN7SL246P, and LINC02135. Each is linked with GSTT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTT4-to-partner and partner-to-GSTT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROG3 grouped by GSTT4-low versus GSTT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
