GSTT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 228 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITSN2, ANKRD26, and EXPH5. Each is linked with GSTT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTT4-to-partner and partner-to-GSTT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITSN2 grouped by GSTT4-low versus GSTT4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
