GSTO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FNDC3B, SLK, and PDIA4. Each is linked with GSTO2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTO2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTO2 versus FNDC3B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
