Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSTM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGPAT5P1, DUX4L28, and TSEN34. Each is linked with GSTM5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM5-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT5P1 grouped by GSTM5-low versus GSTM5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
