GSTM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY1, BHLHA9, and AMELY. Each is linked with GSTM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM4-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY1 grouped by GSTM4-low versus GSTM4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
