GSTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4E2, LINC00572, and FBXL12P1. Each is linked with GSTM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4E2 grouped by GSTM1-low versus GSTM1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
