GSTCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,785 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT1_S714, DSCC1, and GINS4. Each is linked with GSTCD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTCD-to-partner and partner-to-GSTCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTCD versus DNMT1_S714 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
