GSTA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,365 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, SERPINH1, and MAP7D1. Each is linked with GSTA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTA2 versus ELAPOR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
