Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 613 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, RSPH14, and PNPLA3. Each is linked with GSTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA2 results are reported.
