Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PCNA, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with GSTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA2 results are reported.
