The most reproducible GSTA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of skeletal muscle contraction, and Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds. Each is linked with GSTA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA2 results are reported.
