Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GSTA11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GSTA11P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher GSTA11P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GSTA11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and ACC show a favorable association.
HNSC, READ, and PAAD are the cancer types where GSTA11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
