Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,242 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSTA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT2A, PDZD11, and DDAH1. Each is linked with GSTA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTA1 versus MT2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
