Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with GSTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA1 results are reported.
